Look No. 491: Retro Chic


Hello again my lovelies!

For this post, I decided to step away from my norm and do a post strictly about home decor. Home decor is something I have been wanting to get into and since [west end] has some really cool exclusives at the current round of Swank (closes on August 31st), I thought I would make this my featured item rather than what I'm wearing.

Look No. 463: I'm Just A Girl Who Loves Her Girly Things


Hello again my lovelies!

I wanted to do another vintage inspired post using a super cute romper from Kaithleen's and hair from Exile Hair. I also have a fantastic pair of wedges from G&D and a new applier from WoW Skins for LAQ's recently released Gaia Bento head.




The romper from Kaithleen's is called Fresh Romper. It was an exclusive at The Tropical Summer Fair that ended on the 16th and is now being sold at the main store. It's 100% original mesh and textures made to fit Belleza Isis/Venus/Freya, Slink Hourglass/Physique and Maitreya Lara mesh bodies. There are 15 color options and fatpack to choose from. Each color option and fatpack gives you two romper versions to choose from: solid and a floral pattern. Each color option comes packed with a 15-color HUD that will allow you to change the color of the ruffles and belt. The HUD will also allow you to choose between silver and gold for the zipper on the back of the romper. A demo is available for you to try on.

The hair I'm wearing is Exile Hair's exclusive at the current round of Collabor88 (closes on July 6th) called Be My Baby. There are 10 color packs and a fatpack to choose from. Each of the packs comes with a HUD to change the color of the hair band. As always, a demo is available at the event.




The wedges I'm wearing are from G&D called Jane. They are 100% original mesh and textures made to fit Belleza, Maitreya and Slink high mesh feet. They come packed with a color HUD that will give you a lot of mixing and matching options. You can find these cute shoes at the current round of Cosmopolitan that runs until July 1st. So head on over there and grab the demo. I'm sure you'll love them as much as I do.




The skin applier I'm wearing is WoW Skins' new applier for LAQ's Gaia Bento head. There are 6 skin tone options to choose from: Milk, Tan, Golden, Dark Tan, Bronze and Caffe. Each tone comes packed with the Bento applier and headless skins for classic bodies. Each applier comes with one dark brow, a no-brow and cleavage options. You can also purchase WoW Skins' Gaia Bento Shape that I'm using in this post. The shape is copy/modify but I do want to let you know that I did not modify the face/head in anyway so you can see it as it looks. I did modify the body to my preferred height and shape. If you need body appliers, you can pick those up separately at the main store.

Look No. 449: It's Not The Dress But What's Underneath That Counts


Hello again my lovelies!

A new round of Uber will be opening today and once again, {ViSion} -S&F will be participating in this very popular event. It's a sexy lingerie set called Naomi. It's a 3-piece set consisting of bra, corset/garters and panties. It's 100% original mesh made to fit Belleza Isis/Venus/Freya, Maitreya Lara and Slink Hourglass/Physique mesh bodies. It will be available in a multitude of colors for you to choose from but of course, if you can't just pick out one or two colors, you can always grab the fatpack. A demo is available at the event.

The beautiful tattoo I'm wearing is from Carol G. Tattoo Wear called Indian. It's her exclusive at the current round of Lost & Found (closes June 18th). This is an applier only tattoo for Belleza, Slink, TMP, Maitreya Lara and Omega-compatible mesh bodies. It's available in black and red ink.

A new round of Cosmopolitan (closes June 3rd) is underway and G&D is back with another amazing set of heels called Original Sin. The heels are 100% original mesh made to fit Belleza, Slink and Maitreya Lara high mesh feet. It comes packed with 20-color HUD and a silver/gold option for the buckle and the snake wrapped around the heel of the shoes. As always, a demo is available.

I have another eBento (closes June 7th) item for you and this time it's from Altamura. It's the new Bento head that was first revealed at the Skin Fair back in March called Monique. It is Omega compatible so it will work beautifully with your favorite Omega compatible skin appliers (the Omega HUD is available for purchase at Altamura's main store). In this post I am wearing the shape that comes with the shape and I made no modifications to the face/head but I did modify the body to my preferred slider numbers. If you like this head and want to know more details about it, I recommend reading Strawberry Singh's blog where she gets pretty in-depth about this Bento head. Now I will say this, Strawberry was not a fan of this head because it gave her a mature look but I actually like this head and plan to use it again in future posts. You can pick up this, and other Altamura heads, at eBento at a 25% discount.

Finally, Chez Moi is back at Tres Chic (closes on June 5th) with a pretty vanity set called Watercolor. It comes with 16 adjustable animations  (all menu controlled) and rezzing props when animations are chosen. The vanity is copy/modifiable and the total land impact is 16. Give it a try at the demo at the event. I think you'll really like it a lot!

Look No. 393: Roxanne


Hello again my lovelies!

The anyBody event has been open for over a week now and if you haven't had a chance to check it out, you must take some time to do so. To hopefully entice you there, I'm going to show you an event exclusive from 1 Hundred. It's fitted mesh made to fit Maitreya Lara and Slink Hourglass/Physique mesh bodies. It's available in 6 pretty color options and there is a demo you can grab if you want to try before you buy. If you want to see more, please check out anyBody's gallery on Seraphim's blog.

My second featured item is an exclusive at The Chapter Four from Chez Moi. It's called Sassy Messy Bed and it's available in both PG and Adult versions. The PG version of this bed has a total of 98 animations (32 are single male and female poses) and the Adult version has 182 animations (32 are single male and female poses). It's totally menu controlled and the poses are adjustable and each has SWAP functionality. There are also rezzing props that attaches when certain poses are chosen like in the photo below. This bed is 100% original mesh and the land impact is only 11.

Both anyBody event and The Chapter Four closes on February 28th.

Look No. 285: Close Your Eyes, Turn It Up and Shut The World Out

Hello again my lovelies!

I don't know about you but I love music. It's one of the things I love about Second Life...all the music. From the different clubs to the different tribute bands, since I first rezzed into Second Life almost 7 years ago, I have been introduced to some music genres that I wouldn't have heard of in my first life.
 
The fun and casual outfit I'm wearing in this post is from I'piteme and it's called Too Cute. Now, this outfit can be purchased as a full outfit with the both the tee and sweatpants in one package; or, you can purchase the tee and sweatpants separately if you only want one or the other. So I'm doing to discuss clothing items separately but just know that if you buy the complete outfit, you'll get what is offered separately.












So let me begin with this cute cropped top called Too Cute Tees. This tee is 100% fitted mesh and comes packed with 5 standard fitted mesh sizes plus fitted mesh sizes specifically for Slink Physique and Hourglass, Maitreya and Belleza mesh bodies.







The Too Cute Tees also comes packed with this graphics HUD giving you 16 choices of very cute graphics.









The sweatpants I'm wearing are called Too Cute Pants. Like the Too Cute Tees, these pants are 100% fitted mesh and come packed with 5 standard fitted mesh sizes; however, it only comes with special fitted mesh sizes for Slink Physique and Hourglass only. If you have the Maitreya or Belleza mesh bodies, you'll have to use one of the 5 standard fitted mesh sizes. There is a free demo you can grab to try on prior to purchase to ensure you are happy with the fit to your body.









This color/graphics HUD comes packed with the pants giving you several mixing and matching options.









The eyes I'm wearing are from Ikon's Spectral Eyes collection. The pretty purply color I'm wearing is called Passion.

My skin is from Hush Skins' latest release called Jasmine. The color or the skin tone I'm wearing is called Butter.
