Look No. 165: Cordiale Outfit & Alyssa Jeweled Platforms

The Cordiale Outfit is a tank and jeans outfit. It is mesh and comes packaged with 5 standard sizes for both the top and the jeans. I am wearing this outfit with my Maitreya mesh body but the designer does not guarantee it will fit all mesh bodies.

I paired this outfit with MODA Design's Alyssa Jeweled Platforms. Six textures were added to the amazing 30-color HUD and one of them is the blue jeans material that I used and added a touch of silver and accented it with red jewels to bring out the red heart on the tank top. This shoe will fit Slink High Feet, Maitreya and TMP Ouch; however, it's highly recommended you try on the demo (demo costs 1L) prior to purchase to ensure a great fit.

The hair, if you don't recognize it, was Argrace's exclusive at this year's Hair Fair that just concluded. The hat is attached to the hair. You can now pick it up at their store. The jewelry is all from Ryca.

Look No. 166: Cassandra Ruffled Dress & Elana Fringe Heels

The Cassandra dress is an adorable mesh mini dress that's available in several color/textures. It comes packaged with 5 standard mesh sizes and a fitted mesh as well. I am wearing this with my Maitreya mesh body; however, the designer does not guarantee it will fit all mesh bodies.

I decided to pair this dress with MODA's Elana Fringe Heels because the dress just called for a fun party and this is exactly what the Elana Fringe Heels is. In Usual MODA fashion, this shoe comes with their amazing 30-color/6-texture/2 metal-HUD and as you can see, I took advantage of it. Please note, this shoe is for Slink High Feet only. It is currently available, both at the main store and on Marketplace, at a promotional price of 99 Lindens.

The hair is Lelutka's exclusive at this year's Hair Fair that just concluded. I'm not sure if it's being sold at their store. I did go over there to look but couldn't find it. Maybe you'll have better luck than I do since I find their hair store a bit confusing. The jewelry is all from Ryca.

Hello again! Today I want to show you a really cute new release from Geek Chic Creations. It's a sassy, strapless, mesh, mini dress called Felica. It comes packaged in five standard mesh sizes and available in three color combinations (all shown below). I did try this dress on with my Maitreya mesh body and the alpha cuts in the upper thigh are too big and is visible below the hemline so it's best worn with the default body.

For the last week, I have been promoting the new Odyssey Eyes by Ikon that are being sold exclusively at The Mens Dept until June 30th. They are available in 49 fabulous colors; in this post I'm wearing the color called Quicksilver. When you purchase a set of these eyes, you will get both mesh and regular eyes. There is a HUD for the mesh set that will allow you to choose from regular or dark sclera (eye whites) textures and add fun FX like Glow, Full Bright and Flip. If you can't make it to this months round of The Mens Dept, don't fear, the eyes will be sold at Ikon's main store starting July 1st.

The Treasure Hunt at B Bos and Ikon at The Mens Dept

Hello again! Well, it's that time of week! Time to note in your calendars that tomorrow is the Treasure Hunt at the B Bos main store. For those of you not familiar with my weekly post about this event (held every Thursday), B Bos chooses five clothing items; marks the prices down to 50 Lindens each; tags them with a special hunt tag; and finally, hides them around the store for you to find. I highly recommend you take advantage of the amazing savings on the each of the items. Note, this hunt is NOT a 24-hour event; it only takes place during the day (SL Time).

Make note: all the clothing items are mesh and come packaged with five standard sizes. I tried them with my Maitreya mesh body but they are best worn with the classic avatar body.

Finally, I want to mention that I am a HUGE fan of Ikon's gorgeous eyes and ALWAYS wear them. Ikon has just released another set of beautiful eyes called Odyssey Eyes and they are available exclusively at The Mens Dept this month. They are available in 49 amazing colors (see photo below); in this post, I am wearing the Odyssey Eyes in Fjord.

When you purchase these eyes, you will receive 5 iris sizes in both regular and mesh. There is a HUD that allows you to choose from regular or dark sclera (eye whites) textures and you can add fun FX to play with like Glow, Full Bright and Flip.

You won't be able to pick up these eyes at the Ikon main store until after The Mens Dept ends on June 30th.

Hello again! Today I am bringing a new release from Flippant called Downtown Complete Dress Outfit. It's a very pretty, mesh slip dress with a handkerchief skirt and a lace covering. It comes packaged with a color-change HUD giving you a choice of four colors to mix and match as you wish (see photograph below). Not only do you get the dress, but you will also get a sexy pair of black heels (for Slink High Feet only), two necklaces (a short pearl necklace and a long chain with a cameo pendant)  and two bracelets. It also comes packaged with five standard mesh sizes. For those of you with mesh bodies, I am wearing this dress, in the photographs below, with my Maitreya mesh body. Hello again! Today I want to show you a really fabulous dress by Prism Designs. The Kathryn Kilt Dress is a mesh mini dress that comes packaged with five standard mesh sizes and a fabric HUD that will give you a total of four gorgeous, colorful dresses (all show below). The dress isn't made for mesh bodies but I am wearing mine with my Maitreya mesh body. I did find there aren't enough alpha cuts on the top portion of the back so some skin will show through; however, I found if I wear it with long hair, it does cover it. But the dress is best worn with the default body using the alpha supplied with the dress.

One of the things I love about summer are summer dresses. If you love summer dresses as much as I do, add This is one to your list. It is a halter-style mesh dress with a short, handkerchief skirt.
